ERROR EMAIL Header values may not contain linefeed or carriage return characters

Question

Hi,

I'm using odoo online, and i have problem with send Quotation or PO direct by odoo. When click Send Email button, i see in email icon below data form is RED color.
and i check in email data, any error :
*Header values may not contain linefeed or carriage return characters *

Please help me for this case

Hi,
Step 1: Double-check the email address of the customer or vendor you're sending the quotation/PO to. Ensure there are no hidden line breaks or extra spaces within the address.
Step 2: Go to *Settings > Technical > Email > Email Templates*.
Open the template used for sending quotations/POs.
Look for any unexpected line breaks or carriage return characters within the template content. These might be hidden and not readily visible. You can try copying and pasting the content into a plain text e

i found the solution of my problems. Line breaks is in our company name.

*COMPANY NAME*
*-----------*

and the problem is

*-----------*

*COMPANY NAME*
*------------*

after delete that line breaks, problem solved.

Hi,
The error indicates that you have line breaks in your email
address, subject, or similar fields. Remove those line breaks, and the
issue should be resolved.
