Hi,
I am getting a message in the settings app saying The following fields are invalid "project default workspace" when trying to make changes.
This is in odoo.sh V13
I cannot access things such as "Manage Users" or create "default access rights" without getting an error code
The top ribbon is the only part working now in settings.
Does anyone know what is causing this issue?

We had this same problem in V14 of Odoo Enterprise, and the resolution is in the Documents Module Settings, where there is a default to include Product documentation in a Workspace, and this was not filled in.
