How can I have email templates in the customer's language? It looks like all the email templates are only defined in English.

Hi Gilles,

You can add translation to the email template. So it will show based on the customer language.

ie,

  1. Go to Settings - >Email -> Templates.
  2. Open the template and edit the template.
  3. In contents and subject area, you can see a flag symbol at top right. Click on that.
  4. Add your translation there.
  5. Make sure that Language under Advanced tab is ${object.partner_id.lang}.
