Good day,

I'm having trouble setting up email in Odoo without using the Odoo domain. I'd like to use our own domain o... but after configuring the platform, the emails are not sending. I've tried multiple times, but it’s not working, and I'm unsure how to properly set it up, the alias domain is also empty... Could you please advise on how I can resolve this issue?

I have set up the following but it's not sending emails:


 I have configured my incoming and outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings correctly. This includes:

SMTP server address 

Correct port 

Valid username and password

Proper encryption method (SSL/TLS)
