Difference in currencies calculation in partner ledger

Question

I have my partner ledger where the total in "AED" is calculated correctly and when I am trying to print it, I am getting the value wrong in "USD". So suppose I had total balance : 1000000 AED thus I should have in dollar: 272258.50 $ but I am getting a completely different number, can someone help troubleshoot the problem?

check if in this case the numeric amounts are simply added without regard to the currency (if you have sales in different currencies).
If so, this is a known, long-standing bug in Odoo (as far as I've seen, also in V.16). Extremely annoying.

Hi,
do check your last updating on currency rate convergence.
from Accounting -> Configuration -> Currencies
basically odoo will get the last rate if you do it manually
Note: if you could provide more information about the use case, the answer would be more accurate
