Hi All,


In ODOO CRM, is there any way to delete and activity that one has scheduled and saved accidentally into the wrong pipeline?

I need to add that the activity was also marked as done!

When you schedule an Activity, a record is created in Settings --> Technical --> Discuss --> Activities.

  • access Activities NOT YET COMPLETED from here.

When the activity is marked DONE, the Activity record is deleted and a new Message record is created in Settings --> Technical --> Discuss --> Messages.

  • access Activities COMPLETED from here.


Note: both Menus need you to have activated Developer Mode.

Could it be done using Automated Actions ? Deleting Activities based on record condition, ex: (Approved or Done)

You can easily do it from the Settings 》techincal 》 activity. here find your activity and edit anything you want.
