Defining Karma Points in Odoo 13 for forum activities?

Question

How can I adjust the number of points earned for different targets / activities?
i.e. can I define that a new customer automatically receives xxx points for signing up? Did not find this option anywhere. Do I have to log in as Superuser for this?
I am familiar with the possibility of defining Karma points in eLearning.

I believe you might need to define Goals in Gamification : Settings > Technical > Gamification Tools you would require to be in developer mode to access this menu.
If this menu isn't visible then you might need to install Gamification Module from the 'Apps'

Thank you. That did help. My key problem apparently was that all goals were set to a score of 1, but my ranking levels required 100, 1000 etc. points so nobody every reached any higher levels.
There was a place where you could manually credit karma. Would you happen to know where that can be find again?
