Dashboard report available for different users

Question

I would like to create a dashboard report available for every user.

I create a new board with the menu "Reporting".

After that I go the menu HR >> Employee, I filter the list, and I save the filter in the board previously created.

That report is now available for my user. How can I make it available for everyone?
