Customize the sales modules in Odoo 15 community

Question

I want to change customer name As
Buyer Company Name ,  and add new filed as  Buyer Name.
And want to disabled fields like GST Treatment, VAT Website and Tags.
Can you suggest in which module of odoo15 community source code we can change?
