Whats the meaning of last update on?
What does he takes in consideration as an update?

hello,
"Last update on" takes into considiration any updates on the record in model like( moving to a new stage, editing/updating field value, adding new value to the record. in other words any modification that could be made on a record "moving oppertunity from new stage to qualified stage for example" is considered as a update.
