Creating Leave, Employee "Constraint Error"

Question

Hello,

i'm starting with Odoo. Installed localhost on Windows yesterday.

I try to add a Sick Leave for testing (1 day, tomorrow) an get this Error:

/Constraint Error
The employee or employee category of this request is missing. Please make sure that your user login is linked to an employee./

Found it :-)

Have to set "*Related User*" in /Human Resources -> Employees/.

Is this only done manually? Possible to create an User for Employee automaticaly?
(Idea: deleting unneccessary Users can be done faster than editing each Employee an relate to a user)
