You can use the IP address of the computer on which the odoo server is runing : odoo server port(default 8069).
For ex. If your odoo server is run on your computer and its IP address is 192.168.0.xx and odoo port 8069 then any one from your Network (LAN) computer can access it like :
https://192.168.0.xx : 8069
