What is the function of Coach within the Employee app on the Employee form?
Does it have any specific rights, or tasks attached?
Or is this just a name?
Is this linked to one of the other apps. Does it have any influence on Appraisals...

Hi,
The Coach fields in the employee screen can be used to specify any other employees who are already in Odoo. The coach is just an optional field that you could use to specify another relationship the employee has that is valuable to the position.

But allocating someone as a coach does not give any specific/extra rights within the system? It doesn't activate any approval flows etc..? So it's just a name, without any implecations in the system.
