You have both options, however, to avoid clutter in your chart of accounts (trial balance codes) it is recommended to use the same accounts for suspense, as well as same outstanding receipt and payment accounts for all banks. There is a reason #Odoo has also set one account as default for all these purposes in v16.

You can always see in Journal entries / Journal items report that the entries relate to which bank.
