Create a UoM for volume cm³ factor 0.1
psql your_database
UPDATE ir_model_data SET res_id = (SELECT id FROM uom_uom WHERE name = 'cm³') WHERE name = 'product_uom_cubic_meter';
Reload product page and go to Inventory Tab -> Volume is now 'cm³'
