I'm wondering how to move around the apps within the app switcher homepage?
In older version than V16, we could go to Settings --> Technical --> User Interface --> Menu Items.
In V16, it's not the case anymore.
Can someone help me?

This is same as in the previous version, you can change the sequence value of the menu item from the Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Menu items, lower the sequence value the menu will be appearing first.
Just checked in the odoo runbot and it seems working for me.

Go to the above stated path and filter for web icon is set. Then you can just drag to the order you want :)
