Where can I find the action "action_fsm_validate" and edit the functionality? It's tied to the 'Mark as Done' button on the task form and we'd like it to progress the task to the next stage, rather than the last stage.

Easy way is to set the task stage to 'Closing Stage'. Selecting 'Mark as Done' will move the task to this stage.
