The Standard configuration makes it possible to implement "Cash Rounding" only in Invoices.
Its possible to implement Cash Rounding also in the Quotation/Sales Order?

I do think that when you check "Settings->Accounting->Taxes->Rounding Method", that setting works both for invoice and orders (as the little explanation says).
That said, I have not tested it. You can find more information here.
This only works for invoicing. It does not work for Sales Orders.
