Dear User,


Yesterday I created a trial company to check odoo functions and invited two of my friends to the user account. After i log out from the odoo desktop, I couldn't log in back into my database . It always show wrong password or login email . My friends can login and logout freely. 


How can i solve this problem as I havnt give anyone admin rights yet?

1 Verify Your Login Credentials

2 Reset Your Password 

3 Contact Odoo Support

Ensure Correct Database URL:

  • Ensure you are logging in to the correct URL (e.g., https://<your-database-name>.odoo.com).

Check for Browser Redirection:

  • If you’ve bookmarked an incorrect or outdated URL, ensure it’s pointing to the active database. (CTRL+SHIFT+R)
