I am trying to fetch emails in the Gmail address using an Incoming Email Server. The details of my server's configuration are shown below.
The system params are also config as below.
However, when I try to reply to an email sent via chatter, i keep getting an email like below.
Is there anything that I missed in the configuration?

You don't need to create a g-suite user as catchall@novobi.com as shown in the configuration screenshot.
but you have to configure catchall in g-suite: https://smash.vc/gsuite-catch-all-guide/
The email sent to me is actually a template from odoo so I don't think that the g-suite use account is the problem. What the email is saying that I cannot 'directly contact' the company using this email, then why it is put into the reply_to param for every email sent from odoo ?
