I installed Odoo13 on localhost, there are several apps that are free that we can use. But there are also several apps that we must upgrade to use it.

Now, I want to use the Odoo Accountant app in my local, but it seems we must upgrade it before.

So, my question is: if I upgrade to use the Accountant feature, can I use it on localhost after it..?, and should I also do the payment bill every month..?

When Odoo say "upgrade" they mean upgrade to Odoo Enterprise (for which you have to pay a monthly or annual fee).

If you want to use accounting with Odoo Community there are free apps in the Odoo app store.
