I'm working in a report for an app we manage in our workspace, and now I need to create a Front/Cover page with special elements, however the document margins and header and footer interfiere with the style of the cover page.
Is there a way I can create a Page out of the template I'm working on or a way to create a second report with the Cover Info and styles I need and call it or reference it at the begining of my Document?

You can create a template and use t-call to reuse it in multiple reports. If you need to pass information into it, you can use t-set to set variables before invoking the t-call and use the variable inside the template.
The following documentation provides more information on this topic:
https://www.odoo.com/documentation/11.0/reference/reports.html#report-template
