How can we set some components only show quantity in BoM but not run into MO please?
It means when we run MO with this BoM will excluded the some above components.

But can we filter the components with a quantity of 0 when print out the BoM structure report? (quantity = 0 will not show in the BoM report)
I don't think that should be a problem. The component with a quantity of 0 showed up on my report when I tried it. I accessed this from the "structure & cost" smart button at the top of the BOM form, if I recall correctly.
I want to have 02 seperate reports: 1 show all BOM structure and 2 only show BOM without component with qty of 0. So can we do it?
I'm not sure if this addresses your situation, but I think you can put components on a BOM with a quantity of 0. I tested this in community version 14 and it let me do it. It still shows up in the BOM structure report. The item will be on the BOM and still in the MO, but inventory/costing related to the component should not be affected.
