I'm looking for an APP or a solution where subscription billing can be managed.
billing should be possible monthly or annually.

that is tied to the employee or to the hardware
Employees, office 365
Laptop, virus scanner
Printer, service contract


we use the CE version

If you are using the Enterprise Edition, take a look at the "Subscriptions" application.  odoo.com/app/subscriptions

We are currently using the community version
an update to enterprise is currently not planned
