My use case requires quality worksheets to be used for incoming inspection of each lot of material received. I have created a custom Route with 2 Rules. An automatic internal transfer push rule that moves the received stock from Input to Quality Control, and a manual internal transfer push rule that moves the stock from Quality Control to Stock (operation type called Incoming Inspection). A quality control point is set to run on the product in the second move (Incoming Inspection). The problem occurs when multiple receipts occur before the incoming inspection is complete. The moves from Quality Control to Stock get merged when there are existing incomplete moves. This makes it impossible to link the quality worksheet with the respective lot. Is there a way to disable move merges in v17 SaaS? Propagation of Procurement Group setting in the rules seems to have no effect.

Workflow:
1. Create new Receipt in Inventory and assign Lot Numbers and Validate

2. Lots arrive in Input and are automatically pushed to Quality Control by Rule #1

3. An Internal Transfer is created by Rule #2 to push Lots to Stock. A Quality Check is also created with a Quality Worksheet.

4. Quality Worksheet is completed for each Lot and Move is Validated to send Lots to Stock.

The problem occurs between step 2 and 3 if there are existing incomplete moves. The moves are merged and there is no way to link the quality worksheet to the individual lots.

Any potential solutions?
