I'm waiting to create a new automated action for CRM that will created a scheduled activity of "call" when a prospect moves from one stage to another. The activity should have a due date of one week from the day it moves to the new stage. Can someone advise which fields/evaluation types/values etc I need to include in my automated action to make this happen? I've tried various combinations but either get an ambiguous error or nothing happens.

You can create from Automated actions .. settings>technical>actions while on developer mode. If you don't view this menu, you would have to install from Apps 'Automated Action Rules' module.
Create new:
Model - Lead/Opportunity
Trigger - On Update
Trigger Fields - Stage(crm.lead)
Domain -If there are specific stages you wish to specify or exclude
Action to do - Create Next Activity
You can then select the activity "call" to be created and whom to be assigned and Due Date in 1 week

i am using Odoo 16 EE, i want to have same functionality for CRM when a user create a Lead then an Activity automatically be generated but i failed to see the both Trigger related fields as mentioned, can you please help where is it in Odoo 16? or i am looking wrong options Settings -> Technical -> Actions and Settings -> Technical -> Server Actions. and below is the topic link i have created today 21-Aug-2023
