I want to be able to assign AN EMPLOYEE TO A w/o so when they log into ShopFloor as an operator they see the WO assigned to them under my MO...
We have gone into the MO and added the Assigned tab, added an employee to that specific operation in the W/O but it's not comimg up as expected... any employee that searched for that M/O can also see the WO and work on it.
Am I missing something?

Is there an reason they have a "MY WO" tab if it's not practical to use?
You need to use record rules if you want to limit visibility. Here's some pseudocode:
('assigned_employee.id', '=',user.employee_id.id)
But this will make it so admin cant see it, will need to add on or modify the record rule depending on ur business logic.
