Hi all,

I need to generate alphanumeric product label, but if I define, for example, the following barcode:3648L394 when I try to print product label, the barcode is not generated.

If I try with a numeric barcode, for example 7612356183370, the product label is correctly generated.

Can you please help?

In this case your issue is related to the product label report. Check the corresponding report and the related QWeb view and then ask a corresponding question about the "code" widget used in the report.product_simple_label QWeb view. Hi Ermin,

thanks for your reply, I'm using the default nomenclature, it is not clear how to modify it in order to print alphanumeric label. Please consider that alphanumeric label are correctly read, the issue is just on print them. How should I modify the nomenclature to print also alphanumeric label?

Sorry your suggestion is not clear, I need just to print the label from

Inventory --> Product --> SpecificProduct --> Print --> Print product label.

this is working for numeric barcode, but it is not working for alphanumeric barcode

You have to customize the label report accordingly. The problem is the code widget which obviously only accepts numerical barcodes.
