In a text box see the upper top corner. Image icon is here. You can add image using it.
Yes you have to put your image on sky like on google drive or any url. and than you can give url.

so put it on some url and paste link to image there ..
You'll need to upload your image somewhere else, such as imgur. At the moment uploading from your computer isn't supported on the Odoo forums. The only option is to upload it externally and paste the link here after you click on the image icon.
