Hi everyone,
I am using Odoo Enterprise v13 on premise. I have a problem with the activities button on the notification area. The numbers of activities never changes, and if I clicked on a activity it shows an empty list.
For example, Contacts, 2 delayed. I click on this icon and it drives me to page with the title contacts but with an empty list.
Did some of you had or see this problem before and if do, how did resolve it?
Will appreciate any help.

We have checked in runbot of version 13 as well as in custom module of version 13. None of issue is found regarding notification of activities. If you have done any type of configuration than please mention it.

Hi Jainesh, thanks for your reply.
I don't have doubts about the software module. And of course I have many customization from our development team and thirth party providers too. I am sure that the isuue were generated 'cause the customizations that we introduced to the system.
My question was for people that were facing the same issue and what were the steps followed to resolve or, at least drives me in the way so I can find the cause of our problem.
Anyway thanks for your reply.
I will wait if someone else had the issue and in his experince what would analize first for make my job a little more easy.
