I got confused between many ways, and I found no basis to consider when selecting between them.

The best way to debug is the one you know and are comfortable to use...
For me, i prefer some gui tool like pycharm or eclipse...
There is also pdb - python debugger.. can be usefull from terminal/console, and is much faster for expirienced users,
or when you need to debug something directly on server...
Also, there is a lot of unmentioned debugger tools
and you have the reedom of choice
Most of python tools are free for both pprivate/commercial use, so , test them and find your favourite
Can you please list some references to follow the details about any of what you listed
