Hi,

I'm trying to make a workflow for ''helpdesk.ticket'' but I wonder if it's possible to get a signal when a new message is sent to a distinct user, and automatically switching the ticket to another stage. For now I've no idea about the way to do this, or how to use "Many2one" and other special fields in workflow conditions.


note: I've also tried to get a signal from a button ('assign_ticket_to_self') from the 'statusbar' widget but nothing happened.
