one month ago , I got my subscription with odoo online , discovered alot of features are fake and they don't work as advertised.

today I have got the above error when I try to open a new session in POS module.

raised a ticket and called my ODOO agent , no solution in they didn't call back nor reply to my ticket.

my business stopped working for today , any Ideas please.

Every POS session name should be unique. You can't use the same name for different POS sessions, which is what you're trying to do.
