I am planning to open my first webshop here.
Through the pricing wizard I see if I choose 3 Apps (Website, eCommerce, invoicing) then the cost is 0.
Do I necessarly also need Sales app?
What can I do with Sales and what I cant do without Sales?

As you can see in the manifest file of the eCommerce-App, it does depend on the sales app. The sales app covers the basic selling workflows, which are also needed for eCommerce.
