Wiszniewski Boat Centre, a premium watercraft retailer, was previously managing its sales process in an unstructured way — with no centralized system to track leads, define sales stages, or manage customer communication efficiently. This made it difficult for the sales team to stay organized, follow up consistently, and convert leads into deals.
In the first phase of the Odoo implementation, we focused on deploying a tailored CRM system. Multiple sales teams were configured, email aliases were set up to automatically generate leads, and clear opportunity pipelines were introduced. Sales reps can now manage leads and opportunities with full visibility over the pipeline, assign tags, mark deals as won or lost, and communicate with clients directly within each record. They also gained the ability to generate and customize offers using Odoo Studio and email templates — all from one place.
This initial CRM rollout brought immediate value: better structure, faster response times, and a shared system that ensures everyone is aligned. Communication is now centralized, the sales process is clearly defined, and team members know exactly where each lead stands. This CRM foundation will support further expansion of Odoo across other areas of the business in the next phases of the project.
