The company is working as a touristic transportation agent offering multiple types of transportation/transfer rentals for traveling agencies. Customer decided to stick with 100% Odoo Standard functionality. The first and biggest pain points of this company is company-customer communication organization. Before Odoo the whole process of communication with customers is manual, time consuming and held in multiple places (email, ticketing system and current project managing system), so it is easy to lose valuable information. At the moment we have already agreed that their absolute must haves are: CRM, Sales, Purchases, Project. Additionally, they are considering getting rid of their current ticketing system in favor of Odoo Helpdesk and Planning modules.
