Buildwise
Buildwise — Odoo comme plateforme centrale pour piloter l'innovation dans la constructionModules : Projet, Timesheet, Achats, Planning, Notes de frais, Comptabilité, Approbations, Knowledge, Vente, Helpdesk (usage interne), Présences, Congés, evaluations, CRM.
Buildwise est le centre d'innovation de la construction en Belgique (anciennement CSTC — Centre Scientifique et Technique de la Construction).
Face à la diversité de ses métiers, recherche et développement, formation, testing, support aux entreprises, avis techniques, Buildwise a fait le choix d'Odoo comme colonne vertébrale digitale, aussi bien pour piloter ses activités métier que pour ses fonctions de support (comptabilité, procurement, RH...). Un chantier ambitieux qui a donné lieu à plusieurs projets structurants :
Facturation et cotisations des membres, en un flux automatisé : appel à cotisation, génération des factures via Peppol et cycle de rappel entièrement automatisés, pour fiabiliser un processus récurrent et critique pour l'organisation.
Un pilotage complet des projets de recherche et développement : les projets R&D de Buildwise suivent des cycles longs et exigent un suivi budgétaire précis. Le module Projet a été restructuré pour épouser ces cycles, avec une centralisation des flux Achats/Vente et de la budgétisation annuelle — de quoi limiter le recours à des outils périphériques et garder une vision unifiée de bout en bout.
La digitalisation complète du cycle de vie des dossiers de testing : de la demande initiale jusqu'à la facturation, tout en assurant la conformité aux regles strictes de qualité, chaque dossier de test est suivi et digitalisé au sein de la plateforme.
Des validations transverses fluidifiées grâce au module Approbations, qui encadre les processus de décision entre équipes.
Un support interne centralisé via Helpdesk, point d'entrée unique pour les demandes.
Une base de connaissance partagée grâce à Knowledge, configuré comme référentiel documentaire commun à l'ensemble de l’organisation.
Un cycle RH interne pensé de A à Z : des timesheets jusqu'à l'évaluation annuelle des employés, en passant par les présences et les congés, l'ensemble du parcours collaborateur sera désormais structuré et centralisé dans Odoo. Výstavba a Rekonštrukcia
