Instead of opting for a conventional upgrade, the company decided to take a fresh step forward. In close collaboration with Odoo Experts, Bender transitioned to a more flexible and integrated environment with Odoo 18 at its core.

Bender also redefined its online strategy. The previous webshop built on Sana Commerce no longer met their needs. Using Odoo’s integrated website and e-commerce tools, a new webshop was created, offering better user experience and seamless integration with all business operations. The result is full control over content, inventory, and orders, perfectly tailored to B2B customers.
