Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner
Les Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner (RPSA) sont étroitement liées à la Caisse de pension de l’Etat de Genève (CPEG) puisqu’elle est leur actionnaire et propriétaire immobilier.Grâce à une fondation de droit privé et une société à responsabilité limitée (Sàrl), toutes deux sans but lucratif, RPSA a pour mission d’exploiter des bâtiments en faveur de personnes âgées et d’y offrir des prestations adaptées à leur niveau d’autonomie et à leurs besoins de sécurité. La CPEG qui est actionnaire de cet ensemble contribue à sa gouvernance au travers d’un Conseil de Fondation.
La Petite Boissière fut le premier établissement médico-social de la Fondation en 1989, Les Charmilles ont ensuite rejoint l’institution en 1992, tout comme Les Jardins du Rhône, première résidence pour seniors autonomes.
