AL SAIF AL THAKI Sustainable Technology is a dynamic company specializing in IT services, ELV and CCTV solutions, and robotics technology. As their operations expanded, they faced growing challenges in managing daily activities, including the sale and rental of robotics equipment, participation in tech events, tracking event-related expenses, and executing supply and installation projects for ELV and CCTV systems. The absence of an integrated system or website resulted in operational inefficiencies, lack of visibility, and missed opportunities for automation and customer engagement.

To support their growth and streamline operations, AL SAIF AL THAKI partnered with NJS to implement a comprehensive Odoo ERP solution, tailored to meet their unique industry requirements. The project included the development of a fully functional eCommerce website for selling products and services online, in addition to a complete ERP environment integrating key modules such as Project Management, Sales, Purchasing, Expenses, Accounting, CRM, and HR.

A custom-built project estimation tool was also developed within Odoo to help the team generate accurate cost proposals and manage profitability for each engagement. The system allowed for centralized control over sales and rental operations, seamless event management, and efficient tracking of project execution and supply chain processes. With everything now unified under a single platform, AL SAIF AL THAKI significantly enhanced its operational efficiency, improved client servicing, and positioned itself as a leader in smart, tech-driven service delivery.
