SMS template

  What is it?

Similarly to the email templates, this is the list view of all SMS templates available on the database. SMS templates can be given a contextual action to be accessible through the action wheel of the model.

Why is it useful?

To avoid having to retype an SMS that will be sent multiple times. Additionally, dynamic fields can be generated in the dynamic placeholder tab in order to display information varying from one record to another (for example, the name of the contact).
