OKR, short for Objective and Key Results, is a popular organizational method used to spread a common alignment and engagement within a company. Objectives are a representation of the goals of a project and serve the purpose of giving it a general direction. Each Objective is divided into smaller tasks called Key Results, which show the various steps before reaching the Objective and function as a criterion to evaluate the team progress.

From Seedble's idea and Netfarm's implementation, we integrated OKR methodology in Odoo: we developed a stand-alone module available for the Community and the Enterprise version alike, which will allow you to add Objectives following the aforementioned OKR style. This module can also be linked to the standard Odoo Project module so that the Key Results of your Objectives will become the Tasks of your Projects in Odoo, and this will allow you to assign them to your employees.
