Miquel is the Director of our Mexico office, in Mexico City. He started his career at Odoo San Francisco in 2016 as a Business Analyst, where he worked in both US and LATAM implementations. In 2018, he took charge of the consulting team, overseeing Quickstart implementations in the Americas, and taking on the challenge of growing the team from 11 to 35 consultants. With that experience, in 2020 he moved to Mexico to start the adventure of opening Odoo's first office there.
La oficina de Odoo en Ciudad de México abrió justo al inicio de la pandemia COVID en México (Marzo 2020). Esas circunstancias presentaron para Odoo algunos desafíos sin precedentes, añadidos a las dificultades que tiene de por si abrir una nueva oficina. El propósito de esta entrevista será discutir los desafíos organizacionales que se enfrentaron al iniciar la nueva oficina en México, las estrategias adoptadas ante la nueva normalidad, y además, profundizar tanto en los riesgos como en las recompensas de embarcarse en un viaje de este tipo durante tiempos tan peculiares.
