E-Sanandro is a marketplace developed with Odoo, initially designed for the group's employees before being extended to the general public. E-Sanandro offers a wide range of products at negotiated rates, meal delivery from restaurants, and a VTC service.

We had to face strict delivery requirements, especially for restaurants, with commitments to deliver within 1 hour of receiving the request. Deliveries are handled by a mixed fleet of VTCs and motorbikes. Geolocalization became necessary to control the activity (geolocalize the vehicle) and optimize the overall delivery activity.
We offer a solution to drivers, operations managers, and end customers to provide the best possible experience for all of them.

To achieve this, we have put in place :

• A telematics solution for vehicle geolocation and tracking.
• Google Maps services for customers (mobile application, online web service) and operations (auto-completion, address validation) so that certified addresses are available for operations.
• Automatic dispatch of deliveries to vehicles and integration of the deliveries into the drivers' mobile application.

The entire back office in Odoo enables us to operate these services.
