SRIW is a Investment company acting in Wallonia in order to support the growth of local companies. It is a public company, but having the profile of a Corporate company.
SRIW had a need for a specific tool in order to manage their business which was out-of-Odoo-Standard. After analysis, we decided to develop a customized tool, based on existing standard Odoo models but adapted to their specific needs.
We successfully achieved to implement their new tool, by following Odoo implementation methodology (with the team of Business Analysts and Developers, coordinated by our Project Director) and also thanks to the strong involvement on SRIW side (SPOC presence, facilitation by an external change management coordinator, ...).
SRIW will now merge with 2 other entities, moving from 75 to 250 Odoo users. The 2 other entities have similar needs, but also other specific requirements which needs to be taken into account. After going through a new ROI analysis gathering the current use of their key users, we could integrate them into the existing tool.
We are now in the middle of the implementation. Several sprints were already successfully accomplished, with a close follow-up done during frequent Steering Committees.
