更改托管解决方案

更改数据库托管类型的说明，取决于当前使用的解决方案以及应将数据库移动到哪个解决方案。

传输本地数据库

Odoo线上

重要

  • Odoo 在线版与**非标准应用程序**不兼容。

  • 数据库的当前版本必须是 supported。

  1. 创建 数据库 的副本。

  2. 在此副本中，卸载所有**非标准应用程序**。

  3. 使用数据库管理器抓取*带文件存储的dump*。

  4. Create a support ticket including the following:

    • 您的**订阅编号**、

    • 您希望用于数据库的**URL**（例如 company.odoo.com）、以及

    • 将**dump**作为附件或文件链接（60 MB 以上的文件需要）。

传输 Odoo 在线数据库

重要

Odoo Online 的 :ref:` 中间版本 ` <supported_versions>不支持 Odoo.sh 或内部版本。因此，如果要传输的数据库运行的是中间版本，则必须先升级到下一个 :ref:`主版本`<supported_versions>，必要时等待其发布。

小技巧

Click the (gear) button next to the database name on the Odoo Online database manager to display its version number.

警告

If there is an active Odoo subscription linked to the database being migrated, reach out to the Customer Service Manager or contact Odoo support to complete the subscription transfer.

  1. Download a database backup by signing in to the Odoo Online database manager, clicking the (gear) button next to the database name, then selecting Download. If the download fails due to the file being too large, contact Odoo support.
