After spending 6 months as a BDR in the Direct Sales department of Odoo, Mathieu has been working since 2021 as a Key Partner Manager on the DACH market. He was not only in charge of the development and growth of our local partners in Germany, Austria & Switzerland but also supports them in optimizing their Sales & Marketing strategies in order to tackle new Odoo projects through strong collaboration. Today, he’s managing a team of 10 Partner Managers that are operating in the DACH region and actively contributing to the development of the Odoo Germany office located in Berlin.
Niels is a passionate developer who enjoys bridging the gap between technical and non-technical perspectives. His favorite activity at Odoo is presales, where he thrives on collaborating with all departments. He relishes the opportunity to learn from others, gaining insights he wouldn’t encounter elsewhere, while helping them understand the technical side of things.
In 2024, Mathieu and Niels decided to combine their knowledge to answer questions that often fall in the gap between sales and tech.
