A Journey to 300% Growth as a New Odoo Partner in Just One Year

David has been in the company for 2 years now. He previously worked as a Salesforce consultant at Accenture. After six months in the direct sales department, David became a Partner Manager with a focus on the EMEA market. He is responsible for growing the relationships with business partners, supporting them in reselling Odoo products, and helping them succeed through training, marketing, and technical assistance. He is also responsible for coaching other partner manager internally.
Lionel has been with Odoo since September 2023. He began his journey in the Direct Sales Department, where he was responsible for conducting business analyses with customers and presenting Odoo product demos. After six months, he transitioned to the Partner Manager Department, where he now collaborates with Odoo partners from Belgium and Africa. In this role, he focuses on enhancing and developing these partnerships to ensure successful Odoo implementations for customers.
This talk will cover key elements of partnership enablement focused on becoming a thriving partner. We will discuss market trends in terms of figures, the four steps to take in order to become a successful partner, a quality sales process to optimize contract signing opportunities. Additionally, we will explore the various services available to partners that help them enhance their functional knowledge.
We are also excited to welcome Gaël Thijs, founder of Araka and winner of the "Best Starter in Africa" award, who will share his experience as an Odoo partner.
