Today, it is a global Non-Profit Healthcare Organization that operates (and owns) a network of children’s hospitals in 8+ countries: Ethiopia, Kenya, Niger, Malawi, the Philippines, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. 

They operate across countries through different systems, and with different currencies. They sought to streamline their processes through Odoo. Brainvire, a renowned Odoo Partner, stepped in to help them migrate from Odoo 10 to Odoo 16, with minimal customizations. And, thanks to their efforts, they were able to achieve smoother operations, with reduced time and manual intervention. 

Achieving Improved Performance and Responsiveness with Odoo Upgrades

With the latest version of Odoo, complete with the myriad of feature and functionality upgrades, Cure International could tap into faster, improved performance, along with higher responsiveness across departments and locations. The upgrade provided unified, all-in-one management for all eight hospitals worldwide. It also standardized the processes across localizations, configurations, compliances, and currencies. 

Adhering to the Best Practices, Guidelines, and Standards: Brainvire followed the latest Odoo guidelines and best practices, so all of Cure International’s processes were secure and compliant with local and international laws. 

Simplifying Processes with Minimum Customizations: To make the platform more dynamic, allowing for scalability and future-readiness, we maximized the system capabilities and minimized customizations, by mapping the processes, and doing a gap analysis. Overall, the goal was to facilitate 1000+ users. 

Centralizing HR Operations with Odoo HRMS: The Odoo HRMS system implemented synchronized data management, streamlined recruitment, planning of shifts, payrolls, employee self-service, performance management, attendance, leave management, and ensured compliance -- while reducing administrative burden.
