You can import contacts using a CSV or Excel file. Here's how:

• Get the format: In the Odoo Contacts app, export a few contacts to see the correct column names (List view → Actions → Export).
  
  

• Prepare your data: Adjust your contact data to match the exported format (like name, phone, email, etc.).
  
  
• Import: Go to the Contacts app → click Import, and upload your file.
